I usually don't like to leave reviews especially bad ones, but I wish I read some. It was more veggies than meat and I got steak and chicken. My food was drowning in water and when I poured my white sauce one it, it started to curdle. The meat and veggies have absolutely no seasoning. Trying to eat watery steak and chicken has made me nauseous as I'm typing this. I don't intend to bash this place, but I'm this economy, paying for food at a restaurant is a big deal. And having wasted money on food that is this gross and disgusting is so disheartening. I don't think I'll be returning. And for people saying I should just cook at home, you're right. That was my mistake. At least I can get hibachi at Crabtree. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This is my favorite!! My vegetables are always fresh and large serving. In my last two visits I noticed loitering/people trying to get you to engage in card games and such? Hope the owner has addressed this issue. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Hibachi 101 is a good option for a quick takeout meal that's relatively healthy. Your food is cooked to order so there's never any concerns about the refreshness of your food. The portions are fair to an extent. The meat portion is small. They portion pre-portion everything here so it's not inconsistent portioning. However, as many reviews here point out, the food here is bland. The 'fried' rice is plain white rice. I'm not sure what's on it to give it a hint of color however one taste and you know it's plain. The meat and veggies are cooked fine however there's no flavor. You must eat the white sauce otherwise the food is very bland. I've come here every couple years and each time I remember why I don't come here more often. There are better tastier options if you're willing to drive a little further.
