The piquant flavours of the Japanese cuisine attract a number of visitors. To taste nicely cooked steaks, egg rolls and prawns is a truly good idea. At this restaurant, you can get a takeout. Many guests underline that the staff is professional at Hibachi Express. Nice service is something clients like here. This place provides meals at reasonable prices. Come here for the comfortable atmosphere. But most people who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

It's take out hibachi, you know what your getting into if you're here. Food was good, Large portions of rice and sides but very little meat (chicken hibachi). Crab Rangoon were all Rangoon, no crab (I did not expect real crab but some amount of imitation crab). Quick service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

So unfortunately, I cannot leave a review less than a one star because if I could, I definitely would being the front cashier is extremely disrespectful and rude after she tried to give me food from the side that was a possible pick up order that was never picked up or a cancelled order instead of straight off the hibachi grill like the rest of my group who all food was smoking hot and mines was not, she was about to refuse to remake it so when I gave her an ultimatum to either remake it or refund me she remade the food and slammed it around on the counter top and snatch the plate and threw the plate back and forth to the cook.so it’s definitely gonna be a zero stars for me, eat there at your own risk. As a multi business owner I can say the customer service is trash and I would never hire her at any of my establishments. THE END. Recently, I've been on the hunt for Hibachi places since Charlotte seems to not have that many places to go at the moment. Hibachi Express & Grill is located off of Tyvola, tucked away in a business park shared by FedEx and a couple of other businesses. Proximity to the airport, surrounding hotels, and the business parks around it...this is a definite food oasis - most likely formed due to the Hornets Arena drama that used to be on Tyvola and then imploded away. The good thing is that the new City Park development is bringing housing and businesses back to the area. As far as hibachi goes, their offerings here are generous and filling.... and super fast. There are a ton of booths here to sit down and enjoy the bountiful meal. I also noticed a lot of door dash folks and people taking out so this is a popular spot. Staff are helpful and the line moves fairly fast (order at the counter and the staff will bring it to your table). I don't remember getting a number, but I think they have some sort of system in place. The hibachi is pretty heavy on the vegetables, which is rare (but a good thing IMO). Of course the "shrimp" sauce is here. I'm a dipper when it comes to the hibachi sauce, but I know people that just douse their plates in it. Overall, I'm glad there's another hibachi place in the city where they are lacking. Would I drive out here just for this particular hibachi, remains to be seen.
