A shop in the hot spring town of Gero Onsen, Gifu Prefecture. Hidaya. When I stayed at Gero Onsen, I went to dinner by myself. The menu was various. Did you have the famous Tori-chan? The shop is only a counter. It was run by an elderly owner. I ordered plain ramen however···· Hida beef was on the ramen. When I ate it, the beef fat worked well, and it was delicious. When I looked at the bill later... it seems that I made an order mistake. It was Hida beef ramen. I can't help but get angry about my order mistake, and the store staff treated me politely, so I don't have anything to get angry about. It is OK as it is. It was a very delicious ramen.
