One of my favorite things I had in Japan after two weeks of traveling. Realize I'm trying to grade on the Japanese curve where 4 stars is very, very good. I ate here two nights in a row and choose it as my last evening meal in the county. Get the manager special with the raw egg and green onions. It was delicious. The textures and flavors are amazing. Be sure to drizzle on some mayo and Lemosco citrus hot sauce (to balance the richness). Absolutely a treat. I ate here solo and was well treated sitting at the counter. They have menus in English.
