We came from Manila when we arrived at Nabua and looked for a fine restaurant around 9pm it's already late for a dinner. But Highway Grill is still open that time and a lot of guests. We ordered first Laing (200pesos) ang Sinigang na salmon belly. Afterwards the good waiter came in and said the sinigang salmon belly not available and he offer sinigang ng baboy. Fine with us and later he came back and said not available also and he offered pakbet, we'll we don't have choice but to agree we try to cancel laing but it was already prepared. And laing served, surprisingly it's was like in carenderia costs 15pesos. We argue to a waiter he just said his new and only an employee. Because we are already hungry and late. Again we don't have a choice but to eat. It was a bad experience for a new costumer. And first time in my life to serve that kind of Laing (one of my favorite in Bicol) the taste it's like from a carinderia. For me "first impressions last". Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
