I ordered their pizza supreme in-store and on the pictures, the pizza clearly has onions, bell peppers, and olives. But when i opened the box when i got home, there are no onions, bell peppers or olives. I wasn't informed abt this when I ordered, i wouldn't have ordered if I knew na incomplete diay ang toppings. They charged the same price for it regardless. I also used my pwd ID for discount, but it seemed like wala ra gihapoy discount. The pizza is 175, I bought Aice chocolate sundae along with it, and I paid 196 in total. I asked for receipt in hopes nga naay breakdown sa discount and prices pero wala. I just hope Lanz pizza will improve their customer service cuz sayang, the pizza is better than albertos but bad customer service always ruins a brand's image.
