Such a wonderful place to hang out and have a drink! The cocktails were some of the best I've ever had and the bartender and the rest of the staff were super nice! The patio is so unique and cool, I could have sat there all night! I absolutely love this place and can't wait to visit again!

I have loved this place since the very first visit. the customer service at this establishment is hands down, no question, the best of the very, very best! seriously, I'm not exaggerating the slightest little bit! I've been here probably 50+ times, and without fail, an owner would make it a point to speak to me personally each and every visit. the staff is just as awesome! they are very knowledgeable regarding the menu and their recommendations are spot on! they have a seasonally rotated and continuously updated menu of amazing & creative, one of a kind cocktails, using spirits that were distilled right on site! I believe it's the owners son that creates all of the incredible cocktail recipes and I swear, he could be in any 5 star restaurant in the world and hold his own. we are blessed to have his unique talent right here in Grand junction. ok, they also offer a limited, but absolutely incredible, food menu. it includes pan pizza, sandwiches, charcuterie board, sides, salad AND dessert! but I promise, you have NEVER seen these items on a menu anywhere in the valley. my favorites are the core jet crunch slice of pizza, the Grand Teton sandwich, the Italian salt & vinegar chips with cannelini dip and the arugula Caesar salad..... they are beyond belief. my favorite cocktails include the Appleton, the painkiller, and my newest favorite, the macadamia chi chi.. I can't even tell u how good they are!!! this place is on 24 & H rd..... yellow house that doesn't quite look like a distillery..... until u pull in and see the beautiful building where all the "magic" is created. they offer free tours of the facility and they are always more than willing to answer any questions. they have a "yurt" bar that offers their standard cocktails, plus the food menu. then they also have a "test-kitchen" bar, where all of their new and/or seasonal drinks are offered. and to top it all off, they have an entertaining outdoor area with neat seating arrangements, multiple fire pits, a variety of games/activities, including corn hole & giant Jenga. I truly can NOT say enough good things about this place and the people that run it/work it. you really need to give it a shot. u will NOT be disappointed. great job, Highlands Distillery. I can't get enough of u guys!
