Tonkatsu restaurant right in the middle of a residential area. They have some counter seats on the first floor and I assume some tables on the second. The menu was on the cheaper side with some cutlets using fine bread crumbs, which makes it less crunchy but still delicious. With complementary refills of cabbage and rice, no complaints from me!
