I’m sure they have good options but when I, a white girl bubble tea newbie, visited the store, I didn’t get any help at all ordering a large, caffeine-free, not too sweet drink and given they cost £6 and I didn’t like mine at all, bit of a shame tbh

Zero service from the young girl at the counter. Popcorn chicken wasnt good. Drink wasnt good. To top it all off, there was pieces of plastic in our drink which I had a sip and bite of. When we took it back, the girl took it off me and didnt say a word, she made another drink and handed it over and didnt say a word, not a simple 'we're sorry about that, we didnt mean to try to feed you plastic'.... Neither the girl, nor what seemed like her dad, looked like they wanted to be there.
