I stopped by Hikari right after it opened on November 7th. I ordered light soy sauce. I thought it was a bit salty, but this may have been my first time having this type of soy sauce ramen. I don't know how to compare it, but it's tanrei soy sauce ramen with a refreshing and strong soup, flavorful white onion, menma with good texture and seasoning, meaty and delicious chashu that is not thin and filling, and topped with egg and soy sauce. . I was curious about it, but I'm glad I stopped by and I think I'll be able to find something interesting ^ ^ I would like to stop by again, and next time I'll see if they can make it with less salt.
