The terrific staff at Hikariya can demonstrate how much they appreciate their customers. The cool service is something these restaurateurs care about. Located in a shopping/restaurant complex next to Tokyo station in the Marunouchi area. First visit, didn't have a reservation but we were able to get a table as we went in just as it opened. Modern smart relaxed vibe to the restaurant. Good choice of dishes at reasonable prices. The Soba was gorgeous, as was the tempura. The service was welcoming and helpful. Very nice restaurant.
