The restaurant has a wonderful view of the Parthenon and the Acropolis of Athens. Among the best in Athens. In the evening the view is even more spectacular. The manager very kindly reserved us the best table in the place with the most suggestive view. The cuisine is excellent on a par with Italian starred restaurants. We had homemade bread served with a small bowl of Athenian extra virgin olive oil; some spinach arancini with garlic; the fried gnocchi on smoked mashed potatoes (must try); lemon roasted chicken with vegetables; the pressed lamb (sublimely prepared lamb. Recommended!); homemade french fries served with oregano and spices; two typical desserts and we were honored with two glasses of passito wine. My husband and I made last minute reservations here when we visited Athens for our anniversary. Oh my! The food is so fresh and delicious. Their bread is to die for. We ordered a nice bottle of white wine and sipped while we enjoyed the view of the acropolis. Staff was so friendly and made great recommendations.
