Hilltop Ale House keeps its spot on my go-to list. Our server Mia did a great job - efficient and knowledgeable. Started with the tortilla soup that's hearty with a good spice from the beef and chorizo combo. Then there was the Soba Noodle Salad. It hit the spot with its cool noodles, fresh veg, and honey habanero pork that had just enough heat. Started with the Chorizo Nachos - a crunchy, cheesy, spicy heap with the chorizo giving it a savory kick, pinto beans adding substance, and the cilantro sour cream and pico de gallo bringing it all home. All served up quick even on a busy Friday. Pro tip: the back's where it's at for the best vibe and to steer clear of the surly bartender.

Love a neighborhood place in the European pub tradition! I know that whenever I come here I will always find a thoughtful food & beverage selection prepared & presented with care.
