From calling for a hotel shuttle. Dalesh, picking me up. Great conversation, cool guy! To check in, wonderful front desk staff, very accommodating and personable! To drop off at the airport in the morning! Thank you to all who worked through Valentine’s Day to make the Hilton Garden Inn so awesome!!!

I stayed mid week at the Hilton Garden Inn Renton with 14 co-workers for our annual holiday party and sales meeting the next morning. 2 of our cars including mine were broken into during the night. We learned from an employee of the Hotel that this is a regular occurrence “usually happens on the weekend”. There is no security on patrol or security cameras. This area is notoriously crime ridden. My company will no longer be using this location for our monthly overnight sales meetings. Our manager is now looking for a new location to host us.
The hotel staff was pleasant, the rooms were tired but clean, the lobby was pretty. The restaurant was overpriced and food arrived either overdone or undercooked. Breakfast buffet was just ok.
