Just had one of the most incredible food experiences at a Nepali food truck , and I can’t stop thinking about it. The momo were absolutely perfect — soft, juicy, and packed with flavour in every bite. You can tell they were made with real care and authenticity. And the noodles? Simply outstanding. Perfectly cooked, rich in taste, and beautifully balanced with spices. What made it even better was the warmth and hospitality. The whole experience felt genuine, comforting, and unforgettable. Himalaya: was hands down the best food I had in Queenstown. I went for a week and ended up eating here four nights because nothing else compared. The food was absolutely incredible, full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with a lot of care and passion. The owner was just as memorable as the food. He’s incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about what he does, and you can feel that in every conversation and every dish. It’s rare to see that kind of heart and dedication, and it made each visit special. The menu is small but really well thought out, with excellent labeling and plenty of options for different diets. Almost everything can be made vegan, which was a huge plus for me. Having so many vegan options without compromising on taste was fantastic.
