Request to all customers: please don’t go there. I ordered 4 items: Chicken momos Chilli paneer Malai soya chaap Tandoori chicken The tandoori chicken was terrible — it looked like fried chicken and tasted spoiled. Honestly, all 4 items were very bad. This is the worst food I have ever had in my life. We ended up throwing the food away. If anyone wants to waste their money, then go there. Otherwise, try some other restaurant. The food was completely disappointing and tasted like garbage. It would have been better to cook at home. Request to the restaurant: when customers spend their hard-earned money, please serve good quality food instead of giving people such bad food. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1

A great restaurant for some really tasty Indian food. We got seated right away and our server took good care of us. We ordered the goat biryani, lamb palak, mango chicken, garlic naan, and some mango lassis. All were really good. The food, even at a level 1 spice, will have some spice to it, so be prepared if you aren't one that handles spice well. The flavors were fantastic, though. Highly recommend eating here if you want to be full of some wonderful food. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Flavours of India. We ordered Gobi Manchurian for pickup specifically because we do not eat egg, especially today for religious reasons. Unfortunately, the food contained an eggshell, which was extremely upsetting. When we called the restaurant to report the issue, the person who answered (she said she was the manager) was very rude and dismissive. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she spoke harshly, switched to another language we couldn’t understand, and made inappropriate comments about our concern. She also raised her voice and made it seem like our complaint didn’t matter because it was “just a $14 order,” which is unacceptable. Since we are visiting from Florida and couldn’t come back to the restaurant, we requested a refund instead of a remake. However, the situation escalated further, with staff in the background shouting in another language, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I respectfully request the owner to look into this matter seriously and address how customers are being treated. This was not just about the food issue, but the lack of basic respect and professionalism. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
