Korean food is good here. Many people suppose that you can have nicely cooked rolls, seafood and chicken here. The cheerful staff welcomes guests all year round. This restaurant is notable for its cool service.

Walked in for Ramen the other day and our server said no Ramen today,  they are out (of ramen]. When the sign advertises ramen,  don't you think they should be prepared to serve ramen?

Saw this place by accident, I'm glad we did. Our server Peter was awesome for being new to restaurant. Very personable. Nice meaty flavored broth on the Tonkatsu ramen, nicely sized portions. Simplicity with great flavors. Peter suggested the Weber roll for the sushi, great flavors, not too heavy on the rice. Hope they stay around.

Props to Bryan Osterloh for closing down the restaurant after he disappeared for more than a month :D That little cokehead doesn't deserve to be called the owner of Hinomaru Sushi, He stole money, Didn't pay the people who did his crap, always went missing for weeks when he didn't get stuff his way. Coming to work (late) with a frown on his face and dirty filthy excuses. And do you know what he did during work hours? He was texting on the toilet, and he couldn't even do his job right - There was always bad service when he worked. Bryan also can't cook (the only thing he could do was burn it), and he never wanted any advice on how to make food because he's so sensitive. If you tried to give him a little bit of advice on how to make the dishes he'd get upset and not talk to anyone for the whole day.

But shame really, this restaurant was really going places.. Until Bryan just came and ruined it all.

At least he can live with his parents, because he'd do horribly in the real world. Even McDonald's would reject him.
