Right on the water is the atmosphere, best on a seashore. Everything great. Mind the head waiter, he looks slow, but he isn't and he understands English and will let you know. Recommended. Hipnos Restaurant has a large waterfront terrace, which is definitely one of its biggest advantages. The setting is beautiful and makes for a pleasant dining experience. The food was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Everything we tried was fairly average—not bad, but not a place we'd go out of our way to visit again. The fried mussels were especially disappointing. They were so overcooked and so heavily battered that you could barely taste the mussels at all. They ended up being nothing more than crispy balls of batter. The service was very slow, which unfortunately matched our experience in many other restaurants across Montenegro. The highlight of the meal was definitely the pizza. It was fresh, flavorful, and by far the best thing we ordered. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–25
