Right after seeing Miyagasebashi Bridge, come here for a meal. Ignore other places, discover the Japanese menu at this cafeteria. Degust perfectly cooked cold noodles, soup and sticky beef at Hirajin. A lot of visitors order delicious tea.

The professional staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Terrific service is something visitors agree upon here. You might pay your attention to the quiet atmosphere. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

This is a long-established soba restaurant in Gujo Hachiman, Gifu Prefecture that has been around since the Edo period. It is located along the clear Yoshida River, and there are seats where you can view the Yoshida River (reservations are recommended for seats where you can see the Yoshida River). The soba noodles are exquisite, carefully made with carefully selected ingredients and clean water from Gujo Hachiman. The Hida beef bowl made with Hida beef cooked in soba soup and the sticky Japanese yam are also very delicious. There is also a set of soba, Hida beef bowl, and Japanese yam. The inside of the store is a relaxing space with the warmth of wood and history, and the walls are decorated with valuable photos and books that let you learn about Hirajin and the history of Gujo Hachiman, as well as autographs of famous people who have visited. Before dancing the Gujo Odori dance, which is a National Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property, held in the summer, we eat soba and wild yam at the historic Hirajin restaurant and dance the night away with all our hearts...it will be an unforgettable memory.
