Happened upon this restaurant when travelling to Fukuoka. The hosts were very lovely and chatty! I got a sushi bowl and each bite was delicious. I particularly liked the shiitake mushroom, whatever it was marinated in was just fantastic. The egg was also perfectly sweet and greatly complimented the rice.
