The highest temperature in Okayama City was 34℃, which seems to be the highest this year! In the heat of the day, I came to HIRO in Akasaka Honmachi for lunch, an okonomiyaki restaurant along the main road. I parked in the adjacent hospital parking lot (you can get a free ticket) and entered the store, and at around 1:30 pm, there were 2 customers ahead of me, and as a precaution against the coronavirus, I was seated at a table with an empty table! I ordered soba noodles and it arrived in just over 10 minutes. It's divided into 12 parts on a large plate, and you can customize it with mayonnaise and other ingredients! The dough is fluffy and quite soft, and the soba noodles are medium-thin and well-fried. The sauce is a little sweet, so add some flavor to it ^^ It's a big size, but it's not thick, so you can easily go through it, and in the second half I wanted a beer (*^^*)
