The food is very delicious. My spicy miso ramen was tremendously good. The beverages are well made, the taste delicious with the right amount of sugar. If you’re looking for a solid Japanese restaurant with menu items other than sushi/hibachi in the Brick area look no further. I came in and dined at Hiro Ramen yesterday and I was impressed at how good my experience there was! Service was very quick, you order at the counter and then a robot server will drop off your food. The takoyaki was delicious and black garlic ramen was very tasty! You can tell the ingredients are incredibly fresh. I’ve tried ramen in NYC, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and even in South Korea and this is one of the better ramen places I’ve been to! It’s about time we have a solid ramen place in Ocean County. I’m so glad this place exists and I will be back to try their boba and other menu items!
