Excellent dining experience. I was a bit worried about the negative comments posted here before the meal, but now I am guessing those negative comments from people with less than 10 reviews total might be attacks from the competitors. I booked this restaurant because I can't find any Michelin Star restaurant available for the day of my visit. But I am really glad to pick this one. I love every dish and will come back again. This is a very small establishment but the quality of food and service is exactly the same you would expect from the Michelin star restaurants. I don't know why people would expect "fast food" service from a tasting menu like this. Each meal at a Michelin star restaurant is easily 2.5 to 4 hours. The rice dish with the clay pot is very impressive. All seafood dishes are well executed and nicely plated. I enjoyed the entire course of my lunch there. The chef is very quite but attentive. A store in Higashi Ginza. A restaurant that is said to have the best home cooking. The general is said to have been helping out at the shop of Haruyama, the general with whom he trained in the Chubu area. From there, the general decided to create Hiroyuki. Basically, one person runs the store. Because it's done by one person, there's a lot of care and there's less wastage of ingredients. This time I made a reservation for the course. First, let's try Rococo Beer. This is DHC's premium beer. But these are less expensive. The appetizer is sea urchin jelly. The rich sea urchin and light soup stock are very good. Perfect for a first item. The second item is a bowl of milt. Lots of green onions. And the milt is very rich. It melts in your mouth, and then you get a whiff of deliciousness. The third item is pottery. I forgot what kind of fish it was. But I think it was sweet sea bream. Solid fat. very delicious. Karasumi is homemade. While eating a little, I went to sake. Most Japanese sake comes from Gifu and Nagoya. I also received a special sake (Hizoko). 4 items: grilled wagyu beef Moist, lean meat with a light sauce. And green onions. The aroma is very good, and the sauce is addictive. 5 items, shark fin and thick shiitake mushrooms Cute and beautiful shark fin in a flavorful soup stock. It soaks in well and is very delicious. Shiitake mushrooms are also very thick. And the ingredients that also absorb the soup stock. It's nothing but delicious 6 items, red crab spring rolls Seko crabs are unique to this time of year. Mix the Uchiko, Sotoko and the whole body into spring rolls. This is absolutely delicious. I wanted a second helping. 7 items, yellowtail rice Mix the yellowtail vigorously right in front of your eyes! ! And the mixture of yellowtail fat and rice makes it sparkle. It also has a citrus scent of yuzu. I got carried away and ate three bowls. It's so delicious. Let's try this at home! ! Finally, we finished with dessert. Hiroyuki-san's talk was very enjoyable, and the meal ended in a good atmosphere until the end. It was a good restaurant where you can enjoy without straining yourself.
