Some time ago, during the winter holidays close to the passing of the new year 2024, I went out with a good friend to History, and I hadn't even entered when I could see the sharp looks of the waiters. When the waiter came to take our order, I specified not to put mineral water in the Hugo because I wanted it more concentrated. Another waiter came to the table to bring us that order, and the totally rude waiter's response was "we don't put mineral water in case you don't know, and I know you work in the field too and you should have known that they don't put mineral water in Hugo's!" Some time had passed, after which I met again the waiter who had taken our order and I wanted to discuss the attitude of the recalcitrant colleague, and her answer was "well, your request was very arrogant, that's how we noticed it". After my entire experience at History, I will definitely never go back because the female employees are politely scolded, extremely rude and treat their customers with great superiority. The reason I posted the review now was because I have acquaintances who complained about the same approach to the customer, an unprofessional and disrespectful approach. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, you will be treated like at the door of the tent! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nothing deserves a single star. AWFUL service Personal ,, quiet ,, inattentive (drops people's phones on the ground and after laughing) The drinks leave a lot to be desired and the menu does not specify whether the drinks have ice or not. + discrimination between people. (if he sees a poorer person dressed, he speaks badly and laughs at him with the staff) ALL THE REVIEWS HERE ARE 100% real! I do not recommend at all. Meal type: Other
