The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. You will definitely appreciate the pleasant atmosphere. I visited this izakaya more than an hour before their listed closing time on Google Maps. Since the restaurant is on the second floor and the noren (Japanese banner indicating the shop is open) and menu were still displayed outside the entrance, I assumed they were open. However, when I asked a staff member if they were still serving, an older staff member rudely told me, "The outside light is off, don't come in!" It was only then that I noticed the lantern at the ground floor entrance was turned off, which made it difficult to know if they were still open. The staff's attitude was very rude and disrespectful. I will never try to go there again. 我在谷歌地圖上看到這家居酒屋的關門時間還有一個多小時，所以去拜訪了這家店。由於這家店位於二樓，入口處的門簾（代表店鋪營業的日式布幔）和菜單仍然掛在外面，我以為他們還在營業。可是，當我詢問一位員工是否還在營業時，一位年長的員工粗魯地對我說：「外面的燈已經熄了，不要進來！」 那時我才注意到一樓入口處的燈籠已經熄滅，這使我無法確定他們是否還在營業。員工的態度非常粗魯且無禮。我再也不會去了。

The food is top notch, but it takes a long time to prepare the food. Business hours are appropriate, sometimes open after 10pm, sometimes not. The employees are also tired and lack motivation and energy. Where is the once lively Hitoboshi-san? It is very disappointing.
