Just under 10 minutes walk away from Niigata JR station. We walked in at opening time and they were kind enough to give us a seat even though they were fully booked. They had one service staff who spoke a little English who tried her best to explain the menu to us, we basically ordered almost all that she recommended. Food was amazing and we were surprised at the affordable price. Seems like the locals patronise her w lot as by 6.30pm, it was packed. We were the only non-Japanese, so you can imagine how amazing is the food. The restaurant team seems young in age but fantastic in the food. A must go if you're in Niigata area.
