This is the best meal I’ve had in Tulsa. I don’t want to be dramatic but the poached chicken with ginger & scallion sauce is life changing. We also got the duck, green beans, bok choy, and Singapore noodles. It was all amazing. Thank you Hiya for making delicious food! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5

Dim sum is terrible and disappointing. Most of the items taste meh. Probably better of buying frozen ones from the market yourself. Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce is bland. Jellyfish salad is hard as rock tho they said that’s what it supposed to taste like yeah sure. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hiya Chili has earned a loyal patron in me after two exceptional dining experiences within a month. The culinary team consistently delivers outstanding dishes, including the succulent duck, delectable egg rolls and spring rolls, and satisfying egg drop soup. Other highlights include the flavorful sesame beef, braised pork belly, pan-fried pork dumpling, and coconut shrimp, which was divine in its creamy coconut sauce without any frying. The staff's dedication to excellent service was evident in their warm and courteous demeanor. Although our orders often resulted in substantial leftovers that still tasted great a couple of days later, the total bill of around $100 per visit is a testament to the value offered by this establishment.
