Hmong Express is a warm, inviting restaurant featuring authentic Hmong cuisine in a clean and friendly environment. The owners are kind, hospitable and take pride in their business and products. The food is reasonably priced, the portions are generous. I tried the papaya salad with sticky rice. It was fresh and vibrant. Soice can be tailored to your personal tolerance. My husband ordered the chicken fried rice and it had good balance. The egg rolls were super fresh. Do not miss the Nam Vam (a tri-color, iced coconut desert drink.) It perfectly complemented the spice of my salad. Hmong Express is a gem on Wisconsin Avenue! We will be back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great place to eat and workers are VERY friendly, especially the ladies!!! They have a store next to the restaurant and are always courteous and helpful. Highly recommended place to buy Hmong food and visit. Cannot say this about another store down the road,,, Appleton Asian Market-horrible service! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
