Food, great. Ambiance, great. Service, great. Prices, basically reasonable. But 9.50 CHF for a bottle of water? In my opinion, this is completely exaggerated and spoils the otherwise very positive impression. There were 10 of us at a birthday party in the Hirzler Höchi on a beautiful summer evening. A wide variety of dishes, wines and beers were ordered. The service was friendly and helpful. Everything came together correctly and on the table at the right time without a long wait! In addition to the excellent food, this deserves more than 5 stars! (Be sure to try the smoked tartare with grilled vegetables as a starter.) Thanks to the whole team! Sylvie (1 point deducted from the ambience because of the many flies.)
