Food is generally good. I have had a few occasions when things are cold mainly the pork shank. Everything else though is excellent the schnitzel is massive but very good. Pretzel are excellent. Sausages are very well seasoned. Try it if you are in the area. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sausage, Apple Strudel, Sauerbraten

We arrived at this restaurant all the way from Canada without knowing we needed a reservation. The hostess told us to wait 30-45 minutes, wrote down our names and phone number, so we decided to wait. After 45 minutes, we returned, and she told us it would be another 30 minutes. Despite our frustration, we waited patiently. After the additional 30 minutes, we approached her again and she finally told us that we wouldn’t be able to get in at all that day. We ended up waiting over an hour for nothing! The worst part is, she gave us hope and saw us waiting the entire time but didn’t say a word until the last minute. Rude staff, poor communication, and an overall terrible experience. We were glad we took our money to a different restaurant in the end. Avoid this place if you want to be treated with respect and honesty! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
