Were second into the restaurant, had to ask to be served even though others who entered after us were served first. After this we waited 40 minutes for a kids meal, after an hour of watching others who had arrived a significant time after us being served and getting their food (some getting their food replaced in the time we’d been waiting) we asked where our food was. We were met with the most senior person in the restaurant telling us we had only been waiting half an hour, although upon further inspection he found that we had in fact been waiting for an hour. He became increasingly rude as we asked where our food was and we asked for a refund. He refused to refund the child’s meal and when we asked for the ice cream that comes included in the children’s meal we were met with the response that they couldn’t do it take away, so our child did not receive her ice cream that we had paid for. All in all a terrible experience, do not waste your money, absolutely disgusting experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
