They charged us full rate, even though we were unable to make it due to a car breakdown. We explained, would also have accepted a discount but charging full rate for people not showing up due to a car breakdown, especially when the rate includes breakfast which we obviously didn't have is just sad, petty management. Avoid just because of this I would say. Service: 1

Dear Tim you have booked the room through booking.com and there was no free cancellation possible. To rate our house with only one star because of that is not really fair.
