Im staying at the Citadines we’re having a massive wind storm. I walked around the corner and nearly get knocked over. Looking to my left I see a good natured person working there laughing with me about how wild this weather is. It’s a restaurant! I was planning on walking further but I dedicided to give it a try. The Hojjtangmyun was spicy and delicious. And the jelly provided for dessert was light and sweet. It was the perfect place to walk into on a rainy cold day.
