Terrible service. It took a while for the food to arrive and not at the same time. My friends have finished eating and my food hasn't arrived yet. The kitchen should be separate for buffet and ala carte. It is also necessary to add more staffs. Sound system also needs improvement. I hope the singer's voice is good but I can't understand it because of their sound system. So, it's no longer entertaining...It's irritating. lack of people, their servings take a long time even when bill out. Take one hour for their servings and then the food is cold when served. The billing is still taking 30 minutes.. They only have two waiters. I'll be even more hungry after waiting and the bill will be out.

We had a very bad experience with Hoka Brew today. We waited for almost an hour for our order, only to find out that they did not cook our food. Very disappointing. We were so hungry. There were just around 4 tables that was occupied so we can't say that they're busy. The place was nice but they have problem with communication among the staff. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱200–400
