One of the staff was so rude. I had paid in cash and was waiting for her to give my change. When I asked for it, she got angry and asked me why I had not asked sooner. I had a feeling she did not want to give back my change, giving absurd excuses saying that I had moved from her line of sight when in fact she was the one who moved. I was so mad that I said I did not want my food anymore and to just return my money. Take note it was not an order that they had to cook because they were just the ones left over from their trays but she still did not want to give my money back. It took the supervisor to come over to return the money. I came from a service industry too so I was respectful of all the service people. But this lady was an exception that I had to fight for my change. I would have gladly given her that change if she was apologetic for forgetting to give it. But instead she blamed me for not asking her for it. Isn't it her responsibility to give back the customer's change? I was a regular customer of theirs but I'm never going to buy from there anymore.
