The inside of the store is clean as it is located inside a mall. I used to go there often when I was craving Japanese food, especially ramen with a strong flavor. I guess the price is a little high for local food (although it's not that different from Japan. In 2018, it costs around 900 yen per cup).The inside of the restaurant is usually empty no matter what time you go, so you don't have to wait in line. It was helpful. Food looks good but I wonder what’s in it? We just had a terrible experience yesterday in Hokkaido Ramen Santouka in SM City Clark due to one of its staff. When we attempted to order and tried to call her (let’s name her weirdo) she kept refusing and whispered to one of her co-staff while showing her insulting look (haha). Perhaps she said she doesn’t want to entertain us and let the other staff do the job. Like, how unprofessional was that? They mocked us until the end of our meal as if there were something in our food. We used to dine here, it was our first time to experience that kind of service in Santouka. And we still don’t know why. Ate girl, if you have some issues, keep it to yourself. Your insecurities made you look amateur.
