Warning: only visit if you look for something special. This is not your average seafood place – it’s a culinary adventure built entirely around the incredible variety and depth of flavor that seashells can offer. Every dish was a surprise, each one opening my eyes (and taste buds) to textures and tastes. The host is truly one of a kind – passionate, knowledgeable, and able to turn every plate into a story. Btw, although very authentic, also works fine for non-Japanese speakers. Price per person: ¥9,000–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
