I REALLY enjoy this place! The staff is great, the food is great, and the plane is genuinely beautiful. It's sad that the pool is down and the place does actually seem to show is at. Its a gem nonetheless and I really hope they can get the pool going soon and this place becomes the best around. Service: 5

Crystal is the very best really appreciate her. She was fast and very polite, had such a great personality. She was extremely helpful and extremely attentive. She spoke to us with care and was more than helpful, making us feel comfortable. Definitely will come back just for her! Service: 5

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Tried to check in at 1pm, but they let the people before us stay past 2pm. I had 6 people on my reservation, the booking said it slept 6 people. It didn’t. It slept 4. I had to ask for a roll away bed, which only sleeps 1. We were already down a bed. Extra linens were requested and never gave. I had to check in at 12am, and when I got into the room, the ceiling was falling in and water was running from the ceiling in multiple spots. The lady at the desk was going to do nothing about it and make us leave because we couldn’t stay. I said I needed a room, she gave me keys to a room that was apparently closed for maintenance, and the room keys didn’t work. I went back down, she gave me new keys, and the keys still didn’t work. Then as I’m going back down again, someone comes out of the room she was trying to give us to move into. Worst experience ever. Staff was rude, lazy, and completely unhelpful. Ended up having to drive all the way to northern Michigan through the night because we had nowhere to stay. Service: 1
