I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially the breakfast team. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A special thank you to Natalia, who kindly helped me when I cut my finger. She quickly brought a bandage and took care of everything with great kindness. The hotel has a calm and pleasant atmosphere, and the location is excellent, close to the city center. Rooms a bit small for north American standards but very nice. Have a scale, Breakfast was incredible. Has really really fresh and good food, something for everyone. Would think that a good idea for them would be to implement a 'to go' option for an extra charge (like give a Togo container for $50 kronas, and also larger plates at breakfast. Location right by the subway and the subway is really good! And conference center a hop skip jump away. Plus vyshrad a local nice historic spot is a nice visit. Gym was a bit small and crouded Service: 5

Staff at holiday inn prague were very sweet and helpful! I had unexpected extension of stay but they accommodated it very professionally! Also Wendy at breakfast always greeted with a smile and made yummy omelette for me everyday, thank you very much
