I recently tried Holy Peño. It’s an Halal Mexican Restaurant. The concept is very similar to Chipotle, where you build your own bowl, burrito, or tacos, but everything is halal, which I definitely appreciate. The food was good overall. The portions were good, and I liked having fresh toppings to choose from. The staff was polite, and the place was clean. Prices were reasonable for the portion size. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for halal Mexican-style food, but there’s room for improvement in flavor and overall experience. I’d probably give it another try. I'm not even gone hold yall. I saw a review on IG and was like what??! Ok bet and baby I'm sooooo glad I did. It opens at 11am and your girl was there at 10:45am ONLY because i left my appointment earlier than I thought and there wasn't any traffic. I watched them from the parking lot set up for the day ang then I pounced. From the beginning to end of the transaction the service was nice and helpful. I decided to get the burrito and my God I'm so glad I did. It's sooooo good and freaking big. I'll eat the rest tomorrow after church because it is huge and it taste good ang all the ingredients are fresh. I decided not to get the queso because it was runny like real loose and I like mines thick. Other than that it was a well worth drive and honestly for the amount of food you get the price isn't bad.
