First time here! Recommend by a local for its authenticity. Izakaya style from Kyoto. Started with shredded cabbage cucumber salad with light refreshing dressing. Followed by the fresh 5 kind Sashimi Chef’s choice—Bluefin, Salmon, Suzuki Sea Bass, Amberjack & Bonito. Of course can’t go without my fav grilled Hamachi Kama, Shinsyu Wagyu that melts in your mouth. By the time the Yakisoba came I was so full but couldn’t resist. Paired with Melonball cocktail made of Nankai Imo Black & melon Soda garnish with melon slice. Definitely will be a go to place. Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Homareya! The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor—every bite felt thoughtfully crafted. The hand rolls were unique and delicious, and the grilled skewers were perfectly done. We enjoyed the front row bar seating to the kitchen. We especially loved exploring the different shochu options, which made the whole experience feel even more special and elevated. The pork belly was an absolute standout—tender, flavorful, and unforgettable—and the omakase was a true treat that we’d highly recommend. Everything from the quality of the food to the overall vibe made this a memorable night. We’ll definitely be back! Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
