Arriving just ahead of the peak lunch rush, I found the space comfortably quiet, and the service staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming from start to finish. For my meal, I sampled the traditional Shan Noodles, Fried Tofu, and an Iced Coffee: Shan Noodles: A decent execution, though it leans toward a drier preparation rather than the more robustly sauced varieties typically found across the city. Fried Tofu: Delightfully crisp and flavorful, though the portion size felt a bit modest for the price point. Iced Coffee: A thoughtful touch here—the beverage is served with a separate sugar syrup, allowing guests to customize the sweetness exactly to their liking. While the menu features a broader selection of Chinese dishes that I didn't have the opportunity to try this time, it shows promising variety.
