A Taste of True Moroccan Hospitality: Home Hosted Dinner in Fes with Aicha and family During our Gate 1 tour of Fes, we had the incredible opportunity to experience a traditional, home-hosted dinner, and it was certainly a highlight of our journey. Our host, Aicha, along with her sister and family, welcomed our group into their home with warmth and genuine enthusiasm. What Made it Special • Authentic Warmth: Aicha and her family made us feel like honored guests rather than tourists. Their kindness and eagerness to share their culture created a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. • The Food: We were served a magnificent, authentic Couscous dish—a hearty meal perfectly prepared with tender beef and a colorful medley of perfectly cooked vegetables. It was clear that this meal was made with love and traditional expertise. • Cultural Connection: This experience went far beyond just eating; it was a beautiful immersion into local Moroccan life and hospitality.
