Homee Cafe is inside Keelung Port (港務局), great view from inside. Latte cost NT$110, max stay 2 hours. Washroom is outside cafe but within port building, less than 1 min walk from cafe. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
