We loved Homemade Riverside Restaurant and kept coming back throughout our stay in Champasak. We ate here almost every day – breakfast, lunch and dinner – and always enjoyed it. The owner and his wife cook themselves, serving delicious local dishes with fresh local ingredients and excellent value for money. The whole family creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel instantly welcome. Don’t be put off by the simple entrance – the terrace by the Mekong is beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. We truly fell in love with the people and the place. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
