A must visit restaurant in the heart of Timisoara. The design of this place is unique and cozy. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. Highly recommand the fried chicken and their homemade salad. Ohhh and for summer ask for their ginger and lemon iced tea it is super refreshing. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: lei 60–80

Based on the very poor experience we had, for what we thought would be a very chill and relaxing night out, I would like to draw the attention to the fact that some of the staff need a serious customer service training ( not the waiter that served us but another tall, skinny guy with a clear frustration on the job). We were rudely and unpolitely asked to move to another table, as we dared to switch off a lamp near our table that was disturbing us ( of course, without any kind of explanation). Also, at 22.23 we were informed (also in a rude way)that they will close in 5 minutes and we need to finish quickly, although the closing time is clearly stated at 23:00. We were basically kicked out. They need to train their staff, as they lack basic understanding on customer service.

The staff is a reflection of the owner, so I would take clear action to address this lind of behaviour.

Nice restaurant at first sight, but after a while, I was surprised by the rudeness of the staff I spoke to on the phone and the fatty food that was sent to us. It never happened to me that after a restaurant mistake, I received laughter, after I received a portion of food that leaves much to be desires. Theoretically I ordered ribs, practically I received fat on the bones.
I ate potatoes and very little on top, the rest came to the dog. We will never go to them again, nor will we order from this restaurant.
