Some of the Donuts are delicious best i ever had however some of the donuts were very old, for example the long john and sprinkle donuts were tough and falling apart while the cream inside was minimal and turned to a liquid almost. lady serving was nice enough but not very enthusiastic and it was very hard to choose because there is no labeling on the donuts ive seen other reviews having same reviews with freshness aswell and it kinda seems like luck of the draw to me. If they are ensured fresh and added labels would be a 5 star Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Donuts 1 2 Dozen

Hi. Thx for the 4 star review. We use to have labeling but with the huge variety we offer it was getting tough for the staff. Plus our staff is more then happy to tell you which donuts are which. Sorry to hear the long john and sprinkle donuts didn't meet your standards. Truthfully all our donuts are made for that same day and we do not keep any of the regular donuts for next day. We will let our Bakers know of this unfortunate incident and hopefully we can sway you back again to give us another chance. Glad our staff was friendly, not too sure what you mean "not very enthusiastic" but happy she was nice and hopefully was helpful identifying the donuts for you More
