Came here for late lunch at 3pm while driving through. Ordered a waffle and breakfast burger. The presentation of the burger was not the best (see photo) but tasted delicious with the sauce, bacon, patty, and haloumi mix. The accompanying hashbrown was a major disappointment... to the point where my partner said maccas has better hashbrown than these ones... the waffle was overdone and you can clearly tell that it was not cooked with any care. The blueberry compote on the waffle was nice but it was hard to appreciate it given the state of the waffle. The green smoothie was delicious. The waffle cost between $18-20, and similar for the burger/hasbrown combo. With the price and our disappointment, our final review is not a positive one. So sorry about your negative experiences. I’m glad you enjoyed part of it. Unfortunately our suppliers are sometimes short stocked on hash browns and we receive a different product to our usual one, I’m not 100% sure if this was the case when you visited but may have been.

Shouldn’t be called a deluxe beef burger, 1/2 patty is a scam. And We’re stupid enough to order two of it, on a Sunday paying 10% surcharge. Service was also disappointing, we had to fetch cutlery and water ourselves as the staff do not bring it with your meal nor inform you after ordering to fetch everything yourself. Can’t remember if they said welcome when 8 of us entering but they definitely didn’t say good bye or even thank you to us Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

So sorry about your experience - our expectation is definitely for our team to welcome and say goodbye/thank you, and also provide cutlery, napkins and water - possibly depending on how busy it was they didn’t get to it before you did. Nevertheless, we apologise.

Beautiful food and welcoming, friendly service. Coffee is good and the beer on tap is a nice touch when they are few pubs left in the Main Street. Juicer is a little noisy but that’s a fairly minor annoyance, to be expected in a cafe. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
