Dinner at NUMŌH was an all-around wonderful experience. Their menu is an interesting mix of elevated comfort food and more upscale dishes, but each item we tried felt carefully considered— and most importantly, it was all delicious. It was refreshing to eat somewhere that fully embraces the idea that a meal can be both sophisticated and fun. A specific shout out to their creative cocktails and the short ribs (a must try). This is not only one of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta ... it rivals some of the best restaurants around the world. The textures, flavors, temperatures, and plating of the food was absolutely top notch. I had friends visiting from out of town, and they are connoisseurs of cocktails. They noted how fantastic the cocktails were, some of which are using rare and hard-to-find ingredients. Last, but not least, the service was excellent. The waiters and servers were attentive, engaged, and clearly proud of the restaurant they work for. 5 stars! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
