I visited Sankalp Louisville Indian Restaurant with my family recently, and we had a overall good experience. The restaurant is very clean and the waiters are knowledgeable and polite. We ordered a couple of paneer sabjis and garlic naan, and they were both delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the food was cooked perfectly. Our only issue was that the portion sizes were a bit smaller than we expected. This was not a deal-breaker for us, but it is something to keep in mind if you are looking for large portions.
